Studio Agreements
Welcome to Mini Concept. As a Toronto floral and balloon studio, we provide specialized décor installations and gift products. By choosing to work with us through online, phone, or in-person orders, you are agreeing to the specified terms outlined below. We operate strictly by appointment to ensure every floral design and balloon arrangement receives the dedicated care it deserves. These terms serve to provide clarity regarding our booking protocols, delivery logistics for large-scale event setups, and studio pickup policies for smaller gift items.
Our Protocols and Service Policies
Our studio is open by appointment only; please confirm your visit in advance as walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Delivery is mandatory for all large décor and balloon installations to ensure professional setup, while small bouquets may be picked up in-studio. Payments must be finalized in CAD to secure your date. Because we work with seasonal florals and organic materials, variations in color and variety are natural. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value to maintain the aesthetic integrity of your design while fulfilling your order requirements promptly.
Safety, Care and Legal Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate venue details and ensure a safe environment for installations. Once delivered, item care is your responsibility. Please note that products may contain latex or floral allergens; inform us of sensitivities before ordering. Mini Concept is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure events like extreme weather. All agreements are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update these terms periodically to reflect service changes, and continued use of our studio services constitutes your full acceptance of these latest terms and conditions.
