Shipping & Pickup
Mini Concept provides specialized floral and balloon artistry exclusively within Toronto and the GTA. No logistics are available for addresses outside our local service territory. Given the fragile complexity of our work, all structural event decor and custom installations require expert handling and on-site setup; self-collection is restricted for these designs. Small gift items may be collected from our studio by appointment only. This ensures our team is on-site to assist you, as our workspace is a private facility and does not accommodate walk-in visits or unscheduled pickups without a prior time slot.
Toronto Area Local Delivery
We provide local delivery across Toronto and select GTA areas during designated windows; please note that specific delivery times are never guaranteed. If a recipient is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, our drivers may leave the order in a secure location, with a concierge, or with a neighbor. Should the order remain undeliverable, it will return to our studio. Re-delivery will incur a secondary delivery fee, and no refunds will be issued for failed delivery attempts. To ensure the highest quality and safety, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to hazardous weather conditions beyond our control.
Delivery Fees for Décor Installations
Delivery and installation fees for décor setups are calculated based on several factors, including (but not limited to):
- The size and complexity of the design
- The quantity of flowers, balloons, and other materials required
- The event location and access conditions
- The length of the event and whether a same-day or next-day tear down is required
A custom delivery and installation quote will be provided for each event. Any additional labor, extended event time, or last-minute changes on the day of the event may result in extra charges.
Order Fulfillment and Final Sale
Under our firm all-sales-final policy, Mini Concept does not issue reimbursements for delays caused by external variables. Every floral and balloon arrangement is a custom, perishable creation. Consequently, once an order is confirmed, it is ineligible for cancellation or refund. By engaging our services, you accept that logistical windows may vary and that installation protocols are essential for significant decor setups. We remain dedicated to maintaining the visual standard of our designs and ensuring the safety of our installation crew throughout every delivery we perform.
