Yes. Event décor and large installations are delivery and professional on-site installation only. Small gift products, such as bouquets and small arrangements, can be delivered or picked up from our studio by appointment.

How are delivery and installation fees calculated for event décor?

Accepted Answer

Delivery and installation fees for décor setups are calculated based on the size and complexity of the design, the quantity of flowers, balloons, and materials, the event location and access conditions, and the length of the event and whether a same-day or next-day tear down is required. You will receive a custom quote before confirming your booking.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Toronto and selected nearby areas. Available delivery zones and fees will be confirmed at the time of booking or checkout.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We operate with an all sales final policy for floral, balloon, and gift products. Event décor bookings require a non-refundable deposit. In cases of force majeure (events beyond everyone’s control, such as extreme weather or emergencies), we will do our best to work with you to reschedule or offer a fair solution. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Minor changes, such as card messages or small color tweaks, may be possible if requested in time. Major changes, such as date, design, size, or theme, are subject to availability and may affect the price. Once we have started preparing your order, changes may no longer be possible.

How long will the flowers and balloons last?

With proper care, most fresh flower arrangements last 3–7 days, depending on the flower type and home conditions. Balloon décor is sensitive to temperature, sunlight, and handling; indoor balloon designs usually last longer than outdoor ones. We include care instructions with our bouquets and recommend following them closely.
